USAV Membership Management System (MMS)
ATHLETES AND PARENTS
Welcome parents and athletes to the 24-25 USA Volleyball season with the Florida Region of USA Volleyball. If you have questions pertaining to a USAV membership through SportsEngine, please email the Florida Region at [email protected] or call (352) 742-0080, M-F 9A-5P.
PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP
In order to begin the membership purchase process, the account owner/parent will need to create a free SportsEngine account or login to their existing SportsEngine account (they may already have one through other organizations that use SportsEngine).
Click here for an overview of this process.
There will be a series of questions to determine what type of membership will need to be purchased for the member. When you get to the checkout page, you will see two “transactions” that equal the total membership price. One transaction represents the fees going to the Florida Region and the other represents the fees going to USAV. You will still be charged the same amount – you are just going to see an itemized breakdown. You may also see two separate charges (totaling the amount of your membership) on a credit card statement.
After a membership is purchased, you may receive an e-mail outlining the additional steps necessary to become eligible to participate (if required). This can include a background screening, SafeSport training, etc. Your account will also show these requirements.
If a family has multiple members, they can all have their membership information in the same master account, using one set of login credentials called a “family account."

CLUB INVITATION/AFFILIATION
When a membership is purchased, members will not have the option of associating with a club at the time of purchase. There are two ways to accept an invitation for a club assignment.
Please view for further information: Accepting Invitations, Club Assignments, & Purchasing Memberships
ATHLETES WILL COMMIT TO ONE CLUB FOR THE FULL SEASON DURING THE MEMBERHIP PURCHASE PROCESS!
Athletes will agree during the membership purchase process that once they accept a club invitation, they are committing to that club for the entire season.
Once an athlete has participated in a regional or national qualifying/bid event, athlete transfers/releases are bound by the transfer/release rules of the Girls’ Junior National Qualifier/Spring Championships/Championships or the Boys’ Junior National Bid/Championships manuals. Please refer to the respective manual of the events above for further clarification.
- Public Invitation - is available to anyone who has the link.
- Direct Invitation - is exclusive and only sent to a specific individual. Acceptance can be completed via email or MySE.

USAV ACADEMY/JR. OFFICIATING COURSES
In the new system, the Jr. Officiating Courses that an athlete is required to take will be automatically uploaded into their SportsEngine Profile. Click this link for more information about the courses and requirements for each member.
SAFESPORT TRAINING
If you require SafeSport training, the system will send you a link via e-mail to complete the training. The system will automatically load which training is appropriate for you (Core vs. Refresher) and be available in your profile for you to complete. Junior athletes who are 18, or who will turn 18 during the season, will register for a membership that automatically enrolls them in SafeSport.
