About the Florida Region Scholarship Program
The scholarship program started in 2007 as a way to recognize some of our outstanding members and support the continuing education of these young athletes through their upcoming college careers. In 2007, we awarded scholarships to 4 high school seniors and thanks to our generous sponsors and partners, we have been able to grow the scholarship program and this year we awarded a total of $103,000 to 24 high school seniors across the state of Florida!
Application process
If you are a high school senior who is in good standing with the Florida Region of USA Volleyball, then you are eligible to apply for one of our scholarships! We have transitioned to an online application so all you have to do is fill out the form, upload your documents and click submit! Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by a scholarship committee. Note: Recipients not attending the USAV 18s JNC in Phoenix, AZ, MUST attend the ceremony, April 22, 2022, to be eligible for the scholarship! If you are unable to attend the Awards Ceremony then you will not receive the scholarship.
