OUTDOOR WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be received no later than Wednesday at 12 noon, prior to the respective event to receive a full refund or credit for another event. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. Any cancellation requests after Wednesday at 12 noon (prior to the respective event) OR no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
WEATHER POLICY - Florida USAV Beach Series has no control over the weather. In the event of a weather related cancellation prior to the beginning of the event day, where the tournament director cancels the competition before it begins, each team may receive up to a 50% refund for a future event. The refund will be processed back to the card that was used to pay for the event registration. If an event is cancelled after play begins due to a weather related issue, no credit or refund will be available. Tournament staff will follow the recommendations of the lifeguards and/or beach staff to ensure the safety of all spectators and participants.
