Below are the training opportunities for outdoor officials in the Florida Region.

Beach Officials Training Course at the 2020 USAV NBT Championships,
hosted by Rally Sports
New Host City: Huntsville AL
New Host Site: John Hunt Park
New Course Dates: July 23-26
Certifications Offered: LOCAL, ZONAL
Register at VRT (volleyballreftraining.com) or USAV-Webpoint for beach officiating training opportunity in Huntsville, AL
Choose from:
LOCAL certification: (single day of training) $75
ZONAL certification course 1-day EVALUATION: $200
ZONAL certification course 3-day CAMP: $300
All courses include the mandatory evening classroom session.
Registrations are refundable if the event is canceled or you are unable to attend.
Event details:
· Mandatory Classroom session Thursday July 23, 6-10PM
· Local and Zonal on-sand training and evaluations July 24-26
· Flexibility on which days a candidate attends is permitted for certain events, upon request.
· If registration exceeds capacity, or if candidates prefer, we could possibly run the course July 20 (classroom) and 21-23 (on sand)
Given the last-minute nature of this course offering, we ask that you please immediatley send an email indicating your interest to [email protected].
Membership in USAV is mandatory. That application should be made, though your local USAV Region office, immediately!
If you do not have a current USAV Background Check, that application (again through your Region) must be complete
no later than July 6.
SafeSport certification is mandatory; information can be found at https://www.teamusa.org/usa-volleyball/about-us/safesport/safesport-training.
