If you have any issues with things not working properly, here are the first things you should try:

• Make sure your flash player is up to date.
• Make sure pop-ups are not blocked on your computer.
• Clear your browser history and restart your computer before resuming your exam.
• Attempt to access the course material via another browser. Firefox and Chrome tend to work the best.
• Attempt to access the course material via another computer.
If you registered for the courses in Webpoint, you do not need to register again, but you must access the coursework in Webpoint by clicking on the red "USAV ACADEMY" button that is in the lower left of every page in Webpoint. This is the best way to make sure you get right to your course material.

Can't Print Certificates?In most cases, when a member cannot print certificates it is because all of the modules for that course have not been completed. Look at the progress bar on the Learning Activities page. The way to be sure you can print your certificates is to finish ALL the green GO! buttons in your Learning Activities folder.
