This is a stay-to-play event. All housing requirements must be met no later than January 21, 2026 at 3:00pm. After January 21, 2026 at 3:00pm, teams that are not compliant will be dropped and wait list teams will be given notice of entry.

Note: Bid availability is subject to change. Any team winning a JRQ bid will be required to accept the bid at the conclusion of the event and prior to accepting the respective medals and team award. All teams who earn a bid (National, American, or Freedom) or receive a trickle down bid (USA, Liberty, American) at this event must accept that bid. Additionally, teams playing in this event must accept a reallocated bid that may be awarded to the Region after the event has concluded. If a team does not accept a bid earned, the club in which that team competes for will be banned from the same event the following season in all age groups and divisions.

FL Region bid information

which division should i register in?

National Bid: This division is for any teams that have already earned bids during the 25-26 season, OR teams that only want to compete for a National bid. Any teams that have previously earned bids will be moved into this division. Teams with Open bids will be removed from the event and issued a refund.
- Note: Depending on what bids come into the event, bids other than National bids may be trickled down in this division. All bids returned to the Florida Region in the 18U division will be trickled in this division until 50% of the field has bids. At that time, trickle down bids will move to the American/Freedom divisions.
American Bid: This division is for teams that wish to compete for a Florida Region American bid. Teams that already have bids will be AUTOMATICALLY moved out of this division and into the National Bid division.
Freedom Bid: This division is for teams that wish to compete for a Florida Region Freedom bid. Teams that already have bids will be AUTOMATICALLY moved out of this division and into the National Bid division.

team check-in

Team check-in ONLINE will open January 2, 2026 at 8am and must be completed by January 9, 2026 at 3pm - NO EXCEPTIONS!

IMPORTANT: We do NOT offer or accept ONSITE team check-in.

COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST complete Online Team Check-In for their teams prior to tournament play. Paper rosters will NOT be accepted.
Upon completion of Online Team Check-In, each coach assigned as a "Primary" staff member will receive a unique QR code pass via text & email for entry into the event.
There is a MAXIMUM of 4 “Primary” staff members per team. Any additional members will need to purchase passes online for entry into the event.
To gain entry into the venue(s) AT ANY TIME, each Primary staff member will need to present their QR code pass (can be printed or on a mobile device) with their corresponding photo ID at entry.
Athletes will need to show their jersey to gain entrance to the venue.
If you have any athletes that are 18 years old BEFORE or DURING the event, they must have SafeSport training to be eligible to play and for the team roster to be valid for check-in.

Teams that do not check-in by the respective time will be dropped from the tournament, be issued a sanction from the Florida Region, and will not be issued a refund for the event.
