The top 18 teams in the 13U-17U divisions in the Florida Region will be invited to compete at the Orange County Convention Center. This event will award a National Bid to the winner of the 13U-17U divisions!

Invitation schedule

First Round Invitations will be sent to Club Directors on July 14, 2025.

The deadline for registration and payment for First Round Invitees is July 21, 2025 at 9am. First Round teams that have not registered and completed payment by July 21, 2025 at 9am will be dropped from this event.

Second Round Invitations will be sent to Club Directors on July 21, 2025.

The deadline for registration and payment for Second Round Invitees is July 28, 2025 at 9am. Second Round teams that have not registered and completed payment by July 28, 2025 at 9am will be dropped from this event.

Third Round invitations and beyond will be sent in 1 week increments as necessary.

TEAM CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

By December 10, 2025 at 3:00pm - 100% Refund*
After December 10, 2025 at 3:00pm - NO Refund

*Refunds are less processing fees.

13U - 1 National
14U - 1 National
15U - 1 National
16U - 1 National
17U - 1 National

FL Region bid information

Note: Open bids received after the event will result in a trickle down within the Gold Series event. Bids will trickle to 50% of the field (9th place). If a bid is required to trickle any further, the bid will be reallocated into the ASICS Florida Volleyball Challenge National Bid division.

This is a stay-to-play event. All housing requirements must be met no later than September 2, 2025 at 3:00pm. After September 2, 2025 at 3:00pm, teams that are not compliant will be dropped and wait list teams will be given notice of entry.

Please note that the 15U division will be split between both AM and PM waves. 15U wave time will depend on seeding.

team check-in

Team check-in ONLINE will open January 2, 2026 at 8am and must be completed by January 9, 2026 at 3pm - NO EXCEPTIONS!

IMPORTANT: We do NOT offer or accept ONSITE team check-in.

COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST complete Online Team Check-In for their teams prior to tournament play. Paper rosters will NOT be accepted.
Upon completion of Online Team Check-In, each coach assigned as a "Primary" staff member will receive a unique QR code pass via text & email for entry into the event.
There is a MAXIMUM of 4 “Primary” staff members per team. Any additional members will need to purchase passes online for entry into the event.
To gain entry into the venue(s) AT ANY TIME, each Primary staff member will need to present their QR code pass (can be printed or on a mobile device) with their corresponding photo ID at entry.
Athletes will need to show their jersey to gain entrance to the venue.
If you have any athletes that are 18 years old BEFORE or DURING the event, they must have SafeSport training to be eligible to play and for the team roster to be valid for check-in.

Teams that do not check-in by the respective time will be dropped from the tournament, be issued a sanction from the Florida Region, and will not be issued a refund for the event.
