February 17-19, 2018 JJVA Volleyball Training Center, Jacksonville, FL Wave Schedule (Subject to Change) AM WAVE: (8AM Start) - 18 Open + 18 USA PM WAVE: (3PM Start) - 18 American Playing Divisions: 18 OPEN, 18 USA, 18 AMERICAN (Bid divisions subject to change) Team Entry Fees: $750 per team in the bid divisions (Open, USA, American) Deadline to Register & Pay: January 17, 2018 Admission for spectators is $10 per day, $15 for a two-day pass (only available for purchase on Sunday), or $25 for a three day pass. This allows spectators unlimited exit & entry during the event. Coaches and officials will be issued an armband to enter the event. ALL armbands must be worn on the wrist during the event. Lost or removed armbands must be repurchased! Rosters will be frozen in AES as of February 15, 2018. Any roster changes after this may be charged $10 per roster change at check-in. Pools & Brackets will be posted in AES (www.advancedeventsystems.com) (Note: Tournament books will not be provided. Please bring a copy of the schedule with you.) |

TEAM CHECK-IN INFORMATION

A notarized medical release form for all athletes will be required to be on-site at all times.
(Teams that do not check-in online before the deadline be dropped from the tournament! Teams that are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and will not be eligible to receive a refund!)
- A SIGNED roster must be emailed to heather@floridavolleyball.org. This will be the OFFICIAL roster of the tournament and NO changes will be allowed once it is emailed. The roster is due February 15, 2018 by 5PM!
- Coaches and Chaperones must check in at the entrance of the event during the hour before the wave begins to receive entry wristbands.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONSTeam fee for the bid divisions is $750 when a team registers before January 17, 2018. A $50 late fee per team will be added if payment is not received before January 17th.
Please note: A processing fee will be added to the team fee if processing credit card over the internet. Note: All teams must register through AES. All USAV teams may be downloaded into AES from WebPoint. Additional information will be posted here as it becomes available. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL teams must register in AES and remit the appropriate team entry fee before they will be officially accepted into the event. TEAM CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY: By January 17, 2018 - 100% Refund Between January 17 & January 24, 2018 - 50% Refund After January 24, 2018 - NO Refund |
