March 23-24, 2019 CPS Sports Plex For Girls Junior Teams: Ages 18u Only + Florida Region Teams Only! Team Entry Fees: $500 per team Deadline to Register & Pay: February 22, 2019 (Team Fee will be $550 after February 22, 2019) Rosters will be frozen in AES as of March 21, 2019 Any roster changes after this may be charged $10 per roster change at check-in. Pools & Brackets will be posted in AES (www.advancedeventsystems.com) (Note: Tournament books will not be provided. The schedule in AES will be the official schedule and will be updated if changes are necessary) Admission for spectators is $15 for a two-day pass. One-day passes will only be sold on Sunday for $10. Coaches and officials will be issued an armband to enter the event. ALL armbands must be worn on the wrist during the event, this allows spectators unlimited entry & exit during the event. Lost or removed armbands must be repurchased! |

TEAM CHECK-IN INFORMATION
ONLINE TEAM CHECK IN ONLY
Teams will be using an online team check in option for this event. Please see the below details.
1. Send ONE signed roster to be used as the official event roster. It may be AES or WebPoint. It may only contain (1) Head Coach, up to (2) Assistant Coaches, and (1) Chaperone. Rosters must be emailed to heather@floridavolleyball.org by Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 5PM.
2. On Saturday, March 23, 2019, coaches and chaperones must arrive during the hour before their wave start time to pick up their event credentials. Each coach/chaperone may only receive their own personal credential and cannot pick up another coaches/chaperones. Athletes may use their jerseys to enter the event.

Team fee is $500 when a team registers before February 22, 2019. The team fee will be $550 after February 22nd. Please note: A processing fee will be added to the team fee if processing credit card over the internet. Note: All teams must register through AES. All USAV teams may be downloaded into AES from WebPoint. Additional information will be posted here as it becomes available. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL teams must register in AES and remit the appropriate team entry fee before they will be officially accepted into the event. TEAM CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY: By February 22, 2019 - 100% Refund Between February 23-March 8, 2019 - 50% Refund After March 8, 2019- NO Refund |
