ALL PLAYERS MUST BE FLORIDA REGION MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN ANY REGIONAL EVENT!  ALSO, EACH TEAM MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO PLAYERS THAT HAVE ATTENDED AN OFFICIAL'S CLINIC WITHIN THE PAST YEAR.  TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN OFFICIATING TEAM FOR THEIR ASSIGNED MATCH.  R1'S WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT.
