TOURNAMENT INFORMATION2013 Florida Girls' Jr. Regional Volleyball Championships
April 20-21, 2013 Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL Hall NA & NB, 45 Courts - Up to 360 Teams! For Girls Junior Teams: Ages 10u-18u Playing Divisions: 10u, 11u, 12u, 13Open, 13Club, 14Open, 14Club, 15Open, 15Club, 16Open, 16Club, 17Open, 17Club, 18u (Note: To hold open divisions in this tournament, there must be more than 8 teams per age group. Any open division with 8 or fewer teams registered (2 weeks prior to the registration deadline) will be consolidated into a single division.) Wave Assignments - FINAL as of Mar 20, 2013 AM Wave (8:00am): 10u, 11u, 12u, 16o, 16c, 17u, 18u PM Wave (2:30pm): 13u, 14u, 15u Team Entry Fees: $475 per team Deadline to Register & Pay: Mar 20, 2013 by 5pm (Add $50 per team for payments received after the deadline. Add $12 per team to pay online.) Admission for spectators is $10 per day, or $15 for a two-day pass. This allows spectators unlimited exit & entry during the event. Coaches and officials will be issued an armband to enter the event. ALL armbands must be worn on the wrist during the event. Lost or removed armbands must be repurchased! Rosters will be frozen in AES as of April 12, 2013. Any roster changes after this may be charged $10 per roster change at check-in. Pools & Brackets will be posted in AES (www.advancedeventsystems.com) by Wed, Apr 17, 2013. (Note: Tournament books will not be provided. Please bring a copy of the schedule with you.) Location: Double Tree Resort, Orlando, FL (HOST HOTEL) Time: 3:30pm to 6:30pm & 9:00pm to 10:00pm Call (352) 409-5939 if you have issues checking in before 10pm! IMPORTANT: Bring Notarized Medical Release Forms to check-in for every player participating in the ASICS Florida Girls' Jr. Regional Qualifier! (Teams that do not check-in by 10pm on Friday will be dropped from the tournament! Teams that are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and will not be eligible to receive a refund!) |
