TOURNAMENT INFORMATION2013 ASICS Florida Girls' Jr. Regional Qualifier
April 27-28, 2013 Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL Hall NA, 45 Courts - Up to 360 Teams! For Girls Junior Teams: Ages 12u-18u Playing Divisions: 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u, 17u, 18u Wave Assignments - FINAL as of April 5, 2013! AM Wave (8:00am): 12u, 14u, 17u, 18u PM Wave (2:30pm): 13u, 15u, 16u Team Entry Fees: $475 per team Deadline to Register & Pay: Mar 27, 2013 (Add $50 per team for payments received after the deadline. Add $12 per team to pay online.) Admission for spectators is $10 per day, or $15 for a two-day pass. This allows spectators unlimited exit & entry during the event. Coaches and officials will be issued an armband to enter the event. ALL armbands must be worn on the wrist during the event. Lost or removed armbands must be repurchased! Rosters will be frozen in AES as of April 19, 2013. Any roster changes after this may be charged $10 per roster change at check-in. Pools & Brackets will be posted in AES (www.advancedeventsystems.com) Wed, Apr 24, 2013 by 5pm. (Note: Tournament books will not be provided. Please bring a copy of the schedule with you.) |

TEAM CHECK-IN INFORMATIONDate: Friday, April 26, 2013
Location: Double Tree Resort, Orlando, FL (HOST HOTEL) Time: 6:00pm to 9:00pm Call (352) 409-5939 if you have issues checking in before 9pm! IMPORTANT: Bring Notarized Medical Release Forms to check-in for every player participating in the ASICS Florida Girls' Jr. Regional Qualifier! (Teams that do not check-in by 9pm on Friday will be dropped from the tournament! Teams that are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and will not be eligible to receive a refund!) |
