Deadline to register and pay: Apr 18, 2012
(Add
$50 per team for payments received after the deadline. Add $12
per team to pay online.)

Florida WAVE women's indoor pro team in Orlando!
Exhibition Matches on Sat, May 19th:
11am - Red vs. Blue
1pm - Meet the Team
3pm - Blue vs. Red
5pm - Meet the Team |
Admission for fans/spectators is $8 per day.
We
will also offer a two-day pass on Saturday for $15.
Coaches & officials will be issued an armband to enter the event.
ALL Armbands must be worn on the wrist! Lost or removed armbands
will not be replaced!
Rosters will be frozen in AES as of May 11, 2012. Any roster
changes after this will need to be made at team check-in and each
change will incur a $10 roster change fee!

Team Check-In Information:
Date: Friday, May 18, 2012
Location: Double Tree Resort,
Orlando, FL (HOST HOTEL)
Time: 3:30pm to 6:30pm (EARLY)
9:00pm to 10:00pm (LATE)
Note: No
team check-in will take place during the Regional Awards
Ceremony between 6:30pm - 9:00pm.
(Note:
Anyone in line by 6:30pm will be checked-in during the early
check-in.)
IMPORTANT: Bring Notarized
Medical Release Forms for every player participating in the
Regional Championships! Also, all players and coaches
are required to have a copy of their USAV membership card
and/or photo ID for roster checks.
Note: Teams
that do not check-in by 10:00pm on Friday night will be
dropped from the tournament!
Teams that
are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and
will not be eligible to receive a refund!

AWARDED AT THIS EVENT!
