Entry Fees:
$425
- Teams staying in hotel block!

- Teams staying outside of hotel block or commuting!
Deadline to register teams in AES: Mar 27, 2012
Admission for fans/spectators is $8 per day.
We
will also offer a two-day pass on Saturday for $15.
Coaches & officials will be issued an armband to enter the event.
ALL Armbands must be worn on the wrist! Lost or removed armbands
will not be replaced!
Rosters will be frozen in AES as of April 20, 2012. Any roster
changes after this will need to be made at team check-in and will
incur a $10 roster change fee!

IMPORTANT: Bring Notarized
Medical Release Forms for every player participating in the
ASICS Jr. Regional Qualifier! Also, all players and coaches are
required to have a copy of their USAV membership card
and/or photo ID for roster checks.
Note: Teams
that do not check-in by 10:00pm on Friday night will be
dropped from the tournament!
Teams that
are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and
will not be eligible to receive a refund!
