NOTE: Tournament books will not
be provided. Please bring a copy with you!
Admission for fans/spectators is $5 per day.
We
will also offer a two-day pass on Saturday for $10.
Coaches & officials will be issued an armband to enter the event.
Armbands must be worn on the wrist! Lost or removed armbands
will not be replaced!

Team Check-In Information:
Date: Friday, May 7, 2010

Time: 4:00pm to 6:30pm (EARLY)
9:00pm to 10:30pm (LATE)
IMPORTANT: Bring Notarized
Medical Release Forms for every player participating in the
Regional Championships! Also, all players and coaches
are required to have a copy of their USAV membership card
and/or photo ID for roster checks.
Note: Teams
that do not check-in by 10:30pm on Friday night will be
dropped from the tournament!
Teams that
are dropped as a "no-show" will be sanctioned and a $400
fine will be issued!

Between April 10 & April 19, 2010 - 50% Refund
After April 19, 2010 - NO Refund
Teams that enter after the April 9, 2010
deadline will be accepted based on space availability.
